No problems with Vista x32 yet. Everything seems to run just fine
-
Ive been using 177.36 for about 1-2 months and so far no problems. I'll give these a try next.
-
I just updated to these today. So far, no problems at all.
-
Performance imporvements? 3Dmarks higher? post results plz
-
crashes all the time
dont recommend -
3dmark went from 6692 down to 6685 (probably within variation range from test to test), haven't tried a game with it yet. Will try Mass Effect shortly and see how it does.

177.41
Played about 20 minutes of Mass Effect, seems no different that the .41 drivers. Didn't crash on me at all. -
Fine for me. Vista 64-Bit.
-
Which one would be the best to use now? Like stable, moderate temps, good performance? I'm still using 174.93''s :S
-
So far a bit more stable than 177.44 or something. Rundll hasn't crashed on me yet, it used to all the time with the older driver.
-
do you love DMC4? get this driver
-
May give these a shot today.
-
Seems to be getting slightly lower temps for me. I'll do some more testing (aka gaming
) and post back.
-
Well been using these now for a few days and have to say results seem good, running a HDX with a 8800m GTS, score went from 7958 with 174.74 to 8080 with these, seem stable enough GPU temps peak at 67-69c and average at 65c under load so can't complain.
Thumbs up for them, plus they are OEM so don't require a modded inf. -
I didn't check temps, but these were stable for all of my games but Warcraft 3. I opened up War 3 and the screen just flickered estatically. I tested them in 3dMark06 and my score went down by about 100 pts. So overall I would not reccomend for SLI 7950 GTX users. I am sure they are great for others, but other drivers are better for me.
-
Will try these drivers next. Been on 177.41 on a Gateway 6860 for several weeks now and they were 100% stable.
Forceware 177.66 all flavours
