    hi
    we need more info.
what is the full spec of your lappy. cpu/gpu/ram/hd/ssd
what temperatures are you getting while the game is loaded
when was the last time you cleaned the vents and fans out with compressed air.

if your fraps are dropping its a downclock or throtleing problem so thats your gpu which is most prob getting too hot.

Quick Google shows it as an All-in-one.
Quite a bit older, too. Maybe thermal paste needs re-paste?

The reason why you are getting terrible framerates is because the Acer Z3100 uses a "Geforce 9200" GPU which is barely a GPU at all. It is an integrated chipset GPU much like one of the old GMA Intel GPU's. It isn't suited for gaming at all.

Also, that Athlon is as slow as a snail covered in molasses. Single core with a low clock speed. It's like an Intel Atom.

You can compare the performance to a Intel x3100. The performance should lie between that, and the Intel GMA X4500
