Hi guys,
just for those of you who didn't know:
For the launch of the new BMW M3 Coupé, there's a free racing game featuring the new M3 on the German Nürburgring GP race track. It's very realistic, nice graphics and good driving physics.
It's only 345MB, here are some download links on the official website.

WOW, that looks pretty decent!

Very Nice!!!
I'm downloading this right now, thanks. I only recently discovered the RealGTA3 Mod which also has an M3. This is one of my favorite cars, Peace. -
laptop not powerful enough to run it. sigh...
-
comment on the game when u finish dnloading
-
Did you try it? Your specs look decent. At least enough to run the game in medium settings, I'd say...
-
what are the requirements?

A friend of mine downloaded and installed this. It is a great-looking game but also challenging. It is the most life-like car game I have seen. Definitely worth the download.

Look here. Most computers from the last 2 years or so should run it fine.
Yeah, it's really not easy. I'm playing with keyboard and mouse and the car is not easy to control, as the physics is very realistic.
It also supports steering with the mouse, which is a pretty cool feature (never seen it before on a racing game), but doesn't make it easier. -
yeah realgta3 mod looks cool, ima give it a try. looks awsome. but the M3 game looks cool too. daum

Pretty interesting game... the replays look really cool. Still grappling with the controls but it seems more realistic than other driving games. Really good job on the nurburgring

Awesome game. I've played for hours so far. If you set up the steering sensitivity to 50%, throttle to 100, braking to 100, and use WASD controls it's pretty easy.

has anyone played online yet? i want to but am not sure about registering cause you have to put your information in. ie phone, address, name ect.
but this game looks like gtr2 except only bimmers. -
this work for os x?
-
runs great on Go 7400... with my setup...
now, only if I have a wheel controller, that will be awesome for this game...
every setting is set at maximum, 1280X800...

No, click the link Tobi1982 posted for system requirements. To play this game on a Mac you need to be running Windows. I'm using Boot Camp Beta v1.4 to run Windows XP Pro and the game runs smooth at 1400x900 with all settings maxed out. My computer information is in my signature. Also, I have a 256MB 8600m GT and I'm using ForceWare 163.44 from laptopvideo2go.
Anyways, the game is really cool, but definitely difficult. If I tried to play online I'd be embarrassed by how bad I suck
. It's available for FREE, so
download and play.

you guys may guess why i might like this game (look at my username) i have a 2001 BMW M3 and i still just dont like the new body styles. But that irrelevant. Im downloading now.

haha what colour? and convertable? hardtop?

GT Legends engine- you can definitely feel it.
Great physics but it's a game you just gotta play with a racing wheel- otherwise it's pointless.
One more thing- be real men- and disable ABS, TC and spin control
Than you can tell me its easy. I just love those 4 wheel drifts without the TC
Remember that performance goes doooown when there is a lot of cars visible on the track- so if you don't own a powerful machine, there is only one thing you can do to improve your performance- pole position

It´s a nice game... who played GTR/GTR2/GTLegends will recognize that BMW M3 Challenge uses the same driving/phisics engine.
