i dunno how i missed this thread lol but i have a few guest passes i can give out also because they are about to expire i gotta get rid of em before they do. (didnt realize i was given more lol)

i have 2 guest passes to killing floor and 3 guest passes to shattered horizon.
now due to the fact that they expire on the 11 of this month (killing floor ones do anyway) i will be giving these away tomorrow at some point. for the shattered horizon passes i have to come up with a way to give em away so stay tuned for those.

anyway for the giveaway on the killing floor passes hmm... i guess just pick a number between 1 and 30 and whichever two are closest when i check tomorrow will get em. the time i check is not set in stone. if i forget to check (which happens often) it might not be until like 2 am or something.

I might take a pass. How many GB is the download for the smaller of the two games (I don't have much internet left)?

not too sure how large killing floor is fresh but after lots of custom map downloads i have it up to 1649mb so it should be quite a bit smaller then that. i currently dont have shattered horizon installed on my laptop (out of space) but that game says i need 1262mb to install my guess is that they are about the same size.

i got a better idea ill just post the minimum specs for the games.

I guess I should try to sell my notebook and get something with a better GPU. Or maybe it's finally time to set up a DIY vidock.

Is half life 2 still up for grabs? I would like to play half life 2 because I have played HL1 and all the expansions as well as Half life 2 episode 1 and 2. Don't know why I never picked up the first installment of half-life 2 but I didn't... I would like to know the rest of the story and get hyped up for episode 3 (if it isnt vaporware)

No, not HL:2. You get HL2: Lost Coast (which is basically a tech demo), HL2: Deathmatch (I'm not even sure if people still play this), and Portal Slice (a demo of Portal).

Not bad though considering you get it for free.
