    I believe it's free for both GOLD and SILVER members. That's what I heard on XPlay.

    Xbox Live Arcade games always bore me. Except when Hexic HD first came out. I was hooked. Made me question why I paid $400 for the system to play a free arcade game. (My first gen Xbox got the red-ring, so I just repurchased a new gen version, with HDMI and such)
