Ok, so i went out and got Frontlines Fuel of war today, and installed it and the patches, went to run the darn thing and its hangs at the loading screen. Any ideas? All my drivers ae current. My laptop has no problems running crysis and COD4 at max settings, so i dont know what the problem is? Thanks

Did you install the patch and hotfix? I don't know which OS you have, I have Vista and had the same problems reinstalled game patch and hotfix and didn't have anymore problems. Before the patch came out I had to Disable my IDT Highdef sound in device manager and that had the game running. Here is the Hotfix http://community.kaosstudios.com/showthread.php?p=53652

I'm re-installing the game and the patch right now, i'll install the hotfix and see if that works. I'm running vista 64. I dont understand how i can run crysis and COD4 with no problems but with this game its nothing but problems. Hopefully once it works it will be worth the wait.

Ok i installed the patch and the hot fix and it still freezes up at the loading screen for the missions.
I contacted THQ support and am waiting for a response from them.

I was ready to flush the disk because of all the problems I was having but since it's running the games a blast. In the meantime it will most likely run if you disable sound.

Click computer, system properties, device manager, find Sound video and game controllers, expand it and right click on what ever sound system you have and click disable, same to enable.

Frontlines has had a notoriously buggy launch, it must really be something, people are willing to suffer through the crap to play.
