I recently got FFOW and when I try to play, the highest fps I get is around 20. I've tried from native resolution all the way to 800x600, and on very low, low, and medium settings, and the fps doesn't change.

    I have an Acer 5674:
    x1600
    2.0ghz Core Duo
    2 Gb Ram

The game has problems,it took me a long time to get it to run right, use this link and post your problem and laptop specs. they are good about helping you, I don't know much about ATI cards. http://community.kaosstudios.com/index.php There are patches and hotfixes out.

agreed, some annoying problems, but thus far no show stoppers for me.... but, I don't get great FPS either, i'm in the 20-30 range at 1440x900 at high settings, as this doesn't support SLI yet, but mines totally playable and enjoyable even at 20... i'm not positive what the Frame Rate option does in the options, but i play with it disabled but others have recommended turning it on.

Will say though, that even despite it's problems, I'm completely enjoying the game, impressed overall despite the negatives

Yea, I really regret not reading more about it, and wasting 50 dollars.
