I own a Psp Phat, Slim, a Psvita and a Dslite. I find I prefer to play all of my DS games on my PC (DesmuME) and I always wished I could do the same for the Psp.

Earlier on I came across a Psp emulator called PPSSP. I just tried playing my favourite Field Commander and was astonished at full speed and perfect sound in high definition on my P170HM laptop. You will need a Psp running custom firmware to be able to extract your games from it but you can see details about how to do that elsewhere.

So has anyone else tried this? I think it was first released in 2012 but I never heard anything about it but that's partly because I assumed full speed wouldn't be possible for a lot longer.

I will also give the recent release / updated JCPsp a try next.
