This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I was wondering would there be any difference in performance between the two?? Particularly I am worried about heat management issues. I know Asus has generally a good reputation for heat management and Dell does not!

    Anybody has any benchmarks for 1720 laptops???

    I don't know, but what I know from reading Anandtech is that the G2s screen is the best as compared to the ones on other 17" laptops.
