    G8600GT @ 165.01's @ Rivatuner - Card never moves from 2D Settings, even whilst ingame - Images!

    According to the rivatuner monitoring software, the card sticks at its stock "2D" speeds, even whilst gaming.

    This results in things even like hl2 running at 15fps!

    Any help?

    That may be the issue - it's quite obvious that something's wrong.

    Powerplan is on "High Performance", but the issue is still the performance in games is hugely low for what I'd expect.

    It can't even handle 1440x800, 4xaa 4xaf on HL2, how is it ever going to handle bioshock or crysis?

    Here's further.
