    I bought lenovo Y510. 2gb.. d-core 1.6 and X3100

and I'm using Maya sometimes to check my game model.

but it's away slow..and even I can't see the half of screen..

I guess that my Opengl setting should need to be changed.

Any Idea for better performance in MAYA?

I put my setting of Opengl..(default).

How do I have to change my opengl setting for better in MAYA?

    Thanks.

    Secret driver??? Uh, no.

Intel is the only source of drivers (and they are not very good at that), but update your drivers to make sure you get 'top' performance.

Change the screen's color depth from 32bit to 16bit. Try this, this should fix the screen cut off problem. Can you check the operations in hypershade too?

Please let us know if Maya runs flawlessly in 16bit color.

I have the same issue drawing just 50% of the viewport with the latest drivers on an Asus notebook. It worked fine on the X3100 on a desktop but only with one of the first drivers. Unfortunately I can't remember the driver version.
