I was curious can you OC ATI GPU's as easy as you can their Nvidia conterparts?

It seems through a variety of threads that OC'ing say a 9800GS or GTS is as simple as going into the Nvidia tool and setting numbers and bam... seems easy as pie.

Now does ATI with their cards like say the 3850 offer something similar and as easy to accomplish without taking out your pocket protector?

    Thanks in advance

ATI Tool, AMD GPUClock Tool, ATI Tray Tools, that's all I can think of right now.
