    Where can I download software that can record video card GPU temperature to a log file in real time? Similar to Core Temp but I want the one that measures GPU temperature.

    But how about the overclocking tab in the following screenshot?

    It's quite scary. I don't want to inadvertently overclock my video card. How do I know that Rivatuner does not overclock my card?

    Even if you go into that tab, you will not enable OC on your GPU automatically. Just stick with the temperature monitoring tab and you should be ok. :)
