HI!
With regards to changing an MXM card from ATI to nVidia, how does the process of drivers come about? From what I understand it's uninstall the drivers of the ATI card, turn off and swap over cards, then turn on and install the drivers for the nVidia card, but will the pc boot up with no driver installed? Or have i got the thing wrong?![]()

Yes the PC will boot without GPU drivers installed. You have it right. Juts make sure to use Driver Sweeper to clean out the remnants of the old ATI driver, before you stick in the NVIDIA card.
