It seem I finally found out why my WoW Fps has such big fluctuations.
Gpu is just randomly downclocking itself for no apparent reason.

values should be on 450 core and 799 memory.
sometimes if even downclocks to 100 core 150 memory. Why temps are around 70 degrees. Also Gpu load fluctuates all the time and I'm in WoW the whole time. How can this be solved? I have at 5730 hd + intel integrated crap.

I have dual gpu so reinstalling drivers always posed a problem for me. Is there any other reason/solution to this?

Actually, I either see no other way out of this. Try to reinstall, there should also be a 'force 3d performance' fix... But I have no idea since it is ATI.

    Maybe its thermal throtting?
You could try monitoring the temps to confirm it.

``force´´ GPU Speed with TriXX. Usually it shouldnt clock down.
Check ATi PowerPlay and disable the intel Intergrated graphics in device manager.

it seems it cant reach 650 clock for some reason. with trixx. I dled driver. it wont update. reporting about an error. have 8.7 drivers. and as the guide says about switchable graphic it should overwrite existing one.

edit: i OC'ed by one mhz both values. it seems memory clock holds on on 799 mhz all the time while core clock is on 400mhz and jumps to 651mhz only when i enter WoW.
