I have a GT650M running 306.XX drivers and was wondering if updating to the latest will give me performance boosts in:
    1. ArmA 2
    2. Take on Helicopters
    3. RAGE

I wouldn't say only use WHQL. But I would say use WHQL drivers unless the beta/non-WHQL drivers have notes that say they specifically increase performance in games you play.

when someone asks about updating drivers it normally means they have never done it before so i always recommend sticking with whql drivers. the OP driver is over a year old from aug-oct last year so imo its safer for them to load tested drivers until they get the hang of removing old drivers as weve seen some bad results in the past with beta drivers and even had regular updaters asking for help.
