So here's the thing that I always notice. Even when my FPS is constant >75, an overclock still makes the game "faster". The best way to describe it is like the mouse sensitivity being jacked up slightly. This is especially noticeable in FPS games like Overwatch. Anyone else notice this or am I being crazy?

I'm not exactly sure, but I hear there is pixel skipping for a certain mouse sensitivity value in the game.

Higher FPS results in lower input lag even when you don't have a higher refresh rate monitor.
Prototime likes this. -
overclocking makes the GPU run faster than intended.

You'll see this behavior on games where physics engine ticks and/or input detection are tied to frames rendered.

Well if you are pushing more frames, you essentially will see it move "faster" as it is moving smoother.
GPU overclock reduces input lag?
