    GRID problems, crashing

    Just installed the game, it loads up fine, but when I start a race, the game goes into a slide show mode,and then locks up. I have to ctr alt del in order to get out.
    Running the newest drivers for my GPU 174 something I think. Any ideas?

    you say a slide show? try turn off some of the effects, maybe your GPU can't handle the game fully

    The GPU can run it fine, check my sig, it's just that the game locks up/crashes as soon as any race starts. I"m trying to reinstall it as we speak and see if that helps.

    Fixed it, everything for some reason was set to ultra, as well as the shadows and the mirrors, I think it was the shadows.
    Or maybe the reinstall helped. Either or, it works now.
