Hello, the laptop which I am contemplating buying comes with a Nvdivia 550m 1GB DDR3 VRAM chip. I have several questions about this gpu.

First, would this hip be able to run a 27" monitor (1080p) as a dual screen from a laptop. Does it have that kind of power?

Second what would be its performance (in approximate fps) for Team Fortress 2 when used with 6GB DDR3 RAM and an i5-2410m processor (at 2.3 GHz)

Lastly how fast should it be able to run Minecraft at max setting?

Please help I need to decide.

the physical size of the monitor has nothing to do with whether or not your laptop can run it. The monitor gets power directly from the wall outlet. The resolution of the monitor will have an affect on performance.

TF2 and minecraft will run fine.
