    Hey NBR,

I wanted to overclock my GT 620M past it's 162MHz limit Nvidia set on it. I've tried Nvidia Inspector, Bios Flashing (No luck, can't make a dump).
Is there anyway to push this graphics card to 900+ mhz?

No.. Unless there is an unlocked vBIOS, forget about doing that.. and for such a crap card, there wouldn't be...

No. You cannot over clock to 900Mhz+.

Overclocking gets you marginal gains in performance... Usually 10% at best. Unfortunately, an nVidia 620m is such a weak GPU that even if you got +10%, it still would not be powerful enough to really do anything useful.

Unfortunately, the only way to noticeably boost your graphics performance for gaming is to buy a new laptop with a more powerful GPU in it.
