    GTA 4 missing decryption key issue

    Hi guys, I just downloaded GTA4 on my laptop and it seems like I've encountered some problem, Firstly although it is well after the release date it is downloaded as a preload, secondly it always stops downloading at 99%, Finally when I press play it comes up with an error saying missing decryption key. I have tried uninstalling and re-downloading but same issue occurs.
    I have previously installed it with out a problem and have played on the same pc but something has gone wrong..
    Has anyone come up with this issue before and is there a way to fix it?
    My specs are 2630qm, 6970m, 8Gb DDR3 RAM, M4 crucial 128Gb + 500Gb HDD.
