Well, I installed ALL the drivers, the lastest and etc... PLUS I used TuneUp's "Turbo mode" and on GTA the fps jump from 50 to 10 and then when I move alittle bot, back to 50 or 40... all the time! is that normal ?
(By the way, all settings MAX + FHD + 16x)

At that settings, I really wonder what your specs are?

Yeah, the settings might be too high if you have a 560m.

I really dubt if there is any laptop which can run GTA IV at those settings with 50+ stable FPS.

OP get GTA IV 1.0.4.0 Update. It's better performance wise.

Gta4 should have similar if not better performance than EFLC, in that case don't max out the game, put everything on high and with sliders at 50,that should do it.
Also since you're running it on a g53 remember that you need ThrottleStop enabled an running otherwise your CPU will throttle causing fps instability and lower performance.

Nope, its not an overclocking program (well not for "plain" cpus, it can overclock Extreme Editions thought). It just stops the cpu from throttling.

No need of a guide for it.
Go to techinferno.com and download ThrottleStop from there.
Then extract it and launch the red icon with a white T in it.
Accept the initial disclaimer then you'll be at the program main window.
From there don't touch anything: just click on "turn on" button in the lower right side of the program then minimize it.
That's it, nothing else to do. That should stop the CPU from throttling.
