    Dude, i cannot run it decent with 2 x Radeon 3870 in CF and a Q6600 clocked at 3.4ghz eacht core. (probably also ati driver issue)

    GTA IV eats mobile NVIDIA gpu's for breakfast. That some people say it works does not mean it's playable.

    GTA IV on a 9200m GS is nót playable.

    uhm buddy u r wrong.i have an nvidia 9200m gs 512mb ddr2 in my lappy and my gta4 settings r set to very low and i get like a 20 to 50 fps(well tweaked the game alot) AND NO OC.well the quality sux but its more than just playable and i enjoy alot.and my specs are
    intel c2d t6400 2.0 ghz 3gb ddr2 ram windows vista home basic 32 bit :)-[) 250 gb hdd 5400 rpm and im using dox performance 182.05 drivers

    You just resurrected a 7 month thread......

    Anyways, GTA IV was horrendously optimized before the patches. Most rigs, even very powerful ones, had trouble running it well.

    If you reinstalled GTA IV, didn't patch, didn't use any mods (which weren't out back in January), you wouldn't be able to run it at all.
