    Sorry, probably a noob question.

    i just got a sony vaio fw with an ATI Radeon 4650 gpu and a 1600 x 900 resolution. The highest it lets me go in san andreas is 1024 x 720. I have gone above this before, so I know it's possible, what could the problem be? how do I get the resolution in the game up to 1600 x 900. I just checked my gpu drivers and dx are up to date.
