    Meaning you could be anywhere from Puerto Rico to on an aircraft carrier stationed in the gulf?

    I guess you could check with Steam's support service and see what your options are for GTA4.

    I don't own it, but yes, of course.

    Steam purchased games are downloaded, but they contain the same content as boxed versions.

    FWIW, Steam sells a bunch of single-player only games: Bioshock, Sam and Max, Portal, etc.
