    Hi,

I am looking to upgrade the graphics in my laptop (m860tu) to a GTX 260m, however I have not been able to find anywhere that sells these separately -- are there any places that do (preferably UK/Europe but i will import if i have to)

    Thanks

    Paul

I've spoken to kobalt in the UK who said they'd look at getting a card for me (and said it would work)
I've spoken to RJTech in the US who said it would definately not work

    Thanks

You should head over to the Sager forums and ask them. There is a great chance that someone there can tell you for sure or have tried it before.

Edit: thats the model that the Sager 8662 is based on. If you have that sager, you can definately upgrade. If its a different laptop then it might not be possible

Unfortunately, RJTech in misinformed in this case. The GTX 260M will work in any M860TU as long as you update the system BIOS. There are a handful of users that have done this already.
