When I got my msi gt70 I had temps of 32-38. Now I have temps of 40-43. These temps are when I am not gaming. Just wondering if these temps are normal? What temps are you guys getting with the gtx670m?

I get the same temps. Idles at about 42 degrees, same as when I first got my laptop.

    40-43c is still fine.
which temperatures are these, for your cpu or gpu and what do you use to monitor your temps.
try nvidia inspector and core temps in my signature below.

These temperatures are for the gpu as it basically points it out in the title. And I use gpuz.

DOH! was a long day yesterday.
on gpuz click on sensors at top and change gpu temp to max. then you will know the maximum temp you had in game as by the time you stopped the game and closed it down it could have dropped 8-10c
