EDIT: please ignore, issue now solved.
Is there any alternative hosting site (or might any of you have a copy?) of the below files. The site's server is down and has been for 5 days now, so I am searching for alternative sources to acquire the OC VBIOS for the GTX 780M and tools required to carry out the flashing process.

Servers are working fine, you need 5 posts or an Elite membership for immediate download, tools http://forum.notebookreview.com/ali...sh-drive-flash-aw-bios-updates-under-dos.html

Yeah, we're not going to steal svl7's work product and re-host it on a different server. That would be inappropriate and dishonest. Hopefully, nobody in this community would stoop to that level.
-
Oh I see, I was previously unaware of the 'elite' membership thing they have on that site. Well, fair enough. I think $5 is a very fair amount to ask for given that someone, somewhere has worked their butt off to make this modded VBIOS!
Well I guess I better donate the moolah and get on with downloading the actual darn thing so I can started!
Thanks for the clarification. -
Paywall.... call it whatever you want, it's an option for those who can't manage five quality posts. Or those who want to show support. A server is not free after all.
-
By the way, I cannot wait to try this VBIOS out, thank you for making it - I hope it solves my throttling issues -
Yes, $5 is a fair amount to pay for something that yields such a benefit. If you're patient, waiting until you have 5 meaningful posts and getting it for free is also a fair "price" to pay.
Yes, the talent and labor deserves to be compensated. I definitely agree with giving something back. Thanks for understanding.
Edit: I think using the term "paywall" overshadowed your expression of it being worth it. But, thanks for posting the clarification. Have a nice day.
BTW - I like your kitty avatar. -
Thank you, cats are most definitely cool (especially when wearing sunglasses) -

Hi how do i use the nflash i have it running in command and i thinnk i save my original rom with the --save command line but when i try to update with the new one ( using --updateufi 'filename.rom') i get an error help please

Got it to work but I only have the voltage control in nvideainspector and not in the Msi afterburner
And only +- 12.5 mv at a time which is useless -

Maybe it's just me then I thought it was an anomaly with the voltage being locked to those increments I just can go over -+ 12.5 without driver failure

Quick questions about svl7's 780m OC edition vbios... does it provide any benefits if I just want to make a moderate overclock? Or is it only worth flashing if I want to push the card to it's limits?
-
-
Ok thanks j95... I am thinking of just overclocking it a little. Under full load my temps are about 65C, so I want to go to 950mhz on the core and maybe 5500 on the memory will this vbios be any different than simply using nvidia inspector?
For the record I've already paid $5 and donated $5 to svl7, but I'm curious if I should bother flashing it or not! -

I posted this on tech inferno as well, but hopefully someone here can help me out..
I think im missing something. In my folder I have three files. nvflash.eve, nvflsh32.sys, and nvflsh64.sys. I am to take these three files and place them on my usb stick? Which file do we have to change the name to? when i run nvflash , it goes to a command prompt, but doesn't allow me to type anything in. it says press enter to continue or q to quit. As soon as i attempt to hit any key , it reloads the screen again. Any help would be appreciated. -

You see that's the problem> I would like to try, terst and talk about but before i have to talk about nonsense. I don't care about the server.! -
