    GTX 860m vs 765m? which one is better

    that is a no brainer: the Sager will beat the Eurocom in almost every aspect. the 860M (even if they use the Kepler-chip - which I really doubt in the W350SS-barebone - that's the soldered-GPU) is roughly 20% ahead of the GTX765M. The Maxwell 860M runs cooler AND faster than the 765M.

    I configured both NB (Sager NP7358 and Eurocom Shark 2.0) to be similar (i7-4700, 8 GB-RAM, 240GB-SSD, 500GB-HDD, no OS) and the Sager ended up at 1.200 $, where Eurocom was 1.316 $. almost 10% more cash for 20% less performance? 'nough said?

    just thought i could utilize the 10% student discount and eurocom is in canada so shipping wont be that much problem

    Thanks for clarryfying anyway about the 2 gpu really had some thinking to do on those
    also how much difference is the 860m 2gb vs the 4gb version?

    2gb and 4gb version will have absolutely no difference. I would say its just a marketing gimmick to make people pay more for useless vram.
    The 860m is too slow with its 128bit memory bus to utilize that extra 2gb of vram

    860M, new tech and will run way cooler than the 765M
