Im trying to play a game on an older ATI X700. The game is new and graphic demanding, it plays excellent, looks good, and smooth. But then out of nowhere, usuallly in 2-7 minutes, it says Prism3D has encoutered a problem and needs to close. Does anyone know what I can do? If its drivers, where can i install new ones, the ATI site doesnt have them there. So, can someone please help me? Thanks.

you should modify one of the latest catalyst (8.1 or 8.2) with the dh modtool ( mobility modder).

the mobility modder you will get here :
    http://www.driverheaven.net/modtool/

    - just download the latest catalyst
    - start install ( driver is unpacked to c:\ amd\... )
    - cancel the install after the driver is extracted
    - run the dh modtool - select the driver location c:\amd\driver and modify the files
    - after that you can install the new driver with mobility support ( CCC is showing the powerplay feature for the mobility card also)

    have fun
