hmm..
Well i had a game that i didnt run for about a month or so, and now today i ran the game and found that it is running slow?
I have a GFORCE 8600 GT card..
Can someone help me out of how to put the game back to normal so it can run smooth?
The game i am trying to run is called: BRIAN LARA CRICKET 2007
I was playing CALL OF DUTY 4 these past days and it works fine. When i ran call of duty 4 it asked that the settings werent right and it needs to be fixed, so i said OK. Did that mess anything up?
OR can i reinstall the driver? If yes, where can i find a driver?
Thanks alot
-
1.is it go or desktop (there is different drivers for each)
2.i would be thk for your system settings
3.game requirement (didn't heard the name)

i don;t think it messed it up since it was making correction to "maximize" the performance to enjoy the game and there is no change in the card it self i think -
Yes you can install a new driver, just look for the 169.04 in this forum [Gaming (software and graphics card)] -
I am on INSPIRON 1520 Laptop
-
I am on vista, and 169.04 only works on XP...
What other drivers are good? -
I found a driver for VISTA, but said its not capitable with this system.
Any help apprieciated... -
Awaisuk,
Same thing has been happening to me. After a month or so, I started FSX today to find out how poor and slow is running now (and it was ok before!!) I did installed (about 2 weeks ago) latest available driver in Dell's website ... mmm I think it was a bad idea
So I'm here waiting, as you, if someone can recommend a good driver...
My laptop is the same as yours... -
1. New drivers from laptopvideo2go.com (follow instructions, get modded inf)
2. Defragment your hard drive. (right click hard drive, click properties, tools tab, defragment, follow prompts) -
Which driver do you recommend me to download?
Also i cant download from video2go as it says FILE NOT FOUND.
Help please -
See this thread, new driver and modded inf
