i just registered the forum to reply here. wanted to know if prince of persia sands of time works for you??
i tested it and it still doesnt work even though it is quite old.
i have the gma x3100 on a desktop pc.
EDIT:whoopps my dxdiag says it is not x3100 but 3100, is that a big difference? -
, at least should be above about 15FPS with me, I don't think Crysis and Far Cry 2 can get more than 3FPS on x3100
-
Well, I'm not much of a gamer, but I can tell you Starcraft runs great! Diablo 2 seems to work just fine as well. Hope this helps!
-
Fear 60fps
Fear 2 15-20fps
Cod 4 20-30 -
EDIT: It will work..NODOUBT!! -
-
bioshock works? How come?!
if its true, how have you made it work?
Also, can has anyone checked dawn of war 2? i know im asking for to much, but still.. i love warhammer 40k.. -
it's unbeleiveable! i have this card and cod4 runs 2-3 fps on 640x480 MINIMUM settings.
i have celeron 550 @2ghz, i know its not for gaming but 2fps???
-
Bioshock will be coming next give me a few minutes!Attached Files:

Uh, I'm sorry, but Crysis will definitely not run well at all on an integrated chip, especially the x3100...

By the way, have u tried Fear 2? -
actually i havent.. but ive seen it on youtube this guy playing it on an x3100 card.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ymSC2PL1xeE

Quake Live now works with a few tweaks:
http://forum.notebookreview.com/showpost.php?p=4594944&postcount=10
I'm using the current Vista x64 Intel drivers v.1637 -
Awesome, that's sweet, thank you for the list!
-
i quess ill try again, maybe it has something to do with new drivers. -
-
If ur wondering this is the link to my drivers:

Oblivion elderly scrolls (with patch runs very well average 25 fps)
Need for speed undercover (heard its quite laggy havent tested yet)
assasins creed (quite slow but works)
Lost Planet extreme sondition (extremely slow, if ur patient then it ok)
Call of duty 5 (barely playable)
so if i wana end this these are the games (except oblivion) not worth the money! -
Plz test w40k:dow2
-
Fallout 3 runs quite ok with a mod call Fallback, check it out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzL55Uug7HA&feature=channel_page
Necrovision runs like slow mo but FRAPS shows about 10 to 30 FPS, the same thing happens with Dynasty Warrioirs 6 (heard DY6 was a pretty bad optimized game, even 4850 or 8600 suffer the slow mo also) -

I tried loading COD4 on one, and at 640x480 I would much rather stick my head in the sand for an hour than spend a minute with COD4 on an x3100. Can't speak for the other games, but I know COD4 isn't the most GPU taxing game on the list.
-
-
But jb1007 for x3100 users that don't have other option to switch to the better GPU( like me now sigh) COD4 run at the lowest setting on x3100 is still a great new, better than never touch the game.
Can someone tell me will Halo 2 run on Windows 7? -

Just a point to you all, I had problems on Brothers in Arms Road to Hill 30, in that all I could get was a blank screen after installing it.
Spoke to tech people at Urbisoft who were adamant an
X3100 on my 3 gig ram, Core 2 Due 2,000 speed processor set up couldn't shift it.
Last night I happened to download some new drivers of the Intel site, and bugger me, the game now plays fine - at high setting too.
Moral of the story, X3100 may not be the best but it's not as e as the ATI/GForce clic like to make out. It depends on other factors as well.
Games compatible on X3100
