So, I'm on assignment for the next 3 weeks somewhere I don't want to be, and I feel like this is a great time to make use of my little Yoga 13 and catch up on some games I never played through. Keep in mind that this laptop is all I have, so no METRO 2033 OMGGG suggestions please...
I like all types of games, so feel free to recommend everything and I'll prioritize it as I see fit.
1. Games already on the list:
Walking dead season 2
Insurgency (playing with friends every once in a while)
South park the stick of truth
Dragon Age Origins
2. Games I was going to consider but won't
Battlefront 2 (I wanted to re-play this, but man, it didn't age well...)
Eschalon Book 1 (seems like this would be better as a team D&D. My rogue was demolished at the start)
Skyrim (couldn't get past the terrible UI, and it didn't run so great on my comp)
Banished (not that much fun...)
I'd like to try witcher 1 and 2 (only got about 3 hours into witcher 1) but I'm not sure if my little computer is up for it. Any other suggestions?

3 weeks sound like a lot of time. I personally would start off with South Park, and later move to Walking Dead or Dragon Age.
By the way, Skyrim's UI can be easily changed. All you have to do is to go to Skyrim Nexus. -
I think I will wait for Skyrim if I ever build a desktop...for now too much hassle.
Thanks. Ready to play south park now! -
Age of Wonders 3
-
south park is kinda casual but fun. dragon age origin is great.
banished can be fun -
Battlefront 1 is better than battlefront 2 imo. Has bloom and that planet where the gungans came from.(naboo?)
Almost forgot-try republic commando. Boss game. -
Jedi Outcast, Jedi Academy, Knights of the Old Republic, Empire at War, Battlefront, Republic Commando. I <3 Star Wars games.
Also don't try to play Witcher 2 on that thing, it will catch on fire and explode. -
Looks like you already have plenty of game options for 3 weeks of spare time..
Perhaps some indie games like Rogue Legacy and Hotline Miami. Just grab a wired 360 controller first.
On the RPG side, I'm not sure integrated GPU can handle Dragon Age.. Have you tried it? -
Eh,
I'd go with addictive or time consuming games. Turn based strategy games like Civ V or Total War are extremely time consuming games. Or go with some MP game. For me ME3 MP was very addictive. -
S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl/Clear Skies/Call of Pripyat
-
I tried DA2, and it ran, albeit really really fast. Should be OK.
Can't play TW on this machine the way I'd like.
THANKS ALL!!!! -
STALKER Complete 2009 (2012) mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl - Mod DB
or Lurk 1.2 if it ever gets releasedHTWingNut likes this. -
Screw it all...
A friend directed me over to hearthstone. I've spent the past 4 hours hearthstoning...
Damn it's addictive. I just hate how they've tapped into the poker secret (except, in this case, you are welcome to pay to rig the deck slightly in your favour) to milk people out of bajillions of dollars.
I'd honestly be willing to pay $20 to play this, but they know the average whale will pay thousands...
Way to go actibliz... -
Games that are a ton of fun and will run great on that Yoga I'd play are:
Age of Empires 2 HD
Castlevania: Lord of Shadows
Defense Grid: The Awakening
Don't Starve
FTL:Faster Than Light
Guacamole! Gold Edition
Jamestown
La-Mulana
Papers Please
Starbound
These all play great on my Surface Pro so I know they'll work great on your Yoga. -

I guess MP would be good, but who has the time...
Games worth playing in the next 3 weeks...
