Hey, just wondering, is there any company where you can buy a 15.4 inch gaming notebook and pay in monthly installments? I know dells does, but are there any other companies that do it?

Alienware does as well granted you have the credit for it.

Then again, they are owned by dell, but they have been doing this for years.

www.Sagernotebook.com also offers a pay per month plan. I think it's only for buisnesses but I'm not sure.

Best Buy if you get one of their promotions. That's how I got my Gateway P-7811FX - 2 years no interest.

You can always get a credit card with a low intro APR. Just make sure to pay it off within the introductory time period.

*Cough* getting a loan from a bank or just using your credit card. If you have good credits, you might even get 0% interest for x months.

Unfortunately Dell was the ONLY one in Canada that offer monthly payments from what I found, HP told me I needed a U.S address & U.S credit card, same thing for bestbuy USA obviously. HP Canada for example, directs you to a brick and motar store. There are alternatives... one would be to buy a notebook you can afford :D (see, U.S housing mess).

Another alternative other than the ones mentioned above is to get a bestbuy Canada or futureshop Canada credit card, the problem is bestbuy Canada (and futuresho) have a terrible selection at inflated prices.

If you can get good enough rates, you could try an actual loan.

A bank loan would be best. I bought my alienware thanks to my family's good history with dell (aw loans are through dell financial) they gave me 2000 at 23% I recently paid it off with a bank loan at less than half that rate.
