I purchased a 47lm6200 47in tv from futureshop 2 months ago. LG sent a repairman over to check the tv out, he said He could not fix it and it will be returnable in a week once the paperwork is done. thing is ill have to pay movers to help box and move the tv to the store then get movers to bring the tv back home up 4 floors.

Can I ask them to upgrade it to the 65in model because of the costs involved on my side which is no fault of my own?

What would you do in my situation?

anyone ever heard of getting an upgraded tv after a defective one is returned?

The place you bought it from should eat that if it's defective. They won't?

The business you bought it from should be responsible for handling the costs of returning a defective product. I would call them and ask.

You should have gone through the shop.

And no, unless you have been through a slip up or the model is not made anymore you will get the same one.
