I've been keeping close tabs on my temps and want to hopefully ease some concern about them. My CPU idles at around 48-53c. GPU idles in the upper 40's celcius. Under heavy load (GRAW, Oblivion, COD2, etc) CPU and GPU both reach low 70's celcius. Is this ok? My case doesn't feel extrordinarily hot in any specific place. These temps are without using a coolpad, but I do prop up the back of my machine. Thanks.

That sounds fine. From my experience, the dv8000t has a very good cooling system.
