Hey guys, I was wondering if some decent gaming could be achieved with the Intel P7350 processor (2.0GHz, 1066Ghz FSB, 3MB L2). The HP laptop that I am thinking of buying is pre-configured with this processor. Do you guys think I can achieve some decent gaming? The laptop has a 9600GT and 4GB of RAM with a Vista 64-bit operating system. Could I crank out Mass Effect, World in Conflict and TF2 with medium settings at around 30fps?

in short , yes you can, i have a t7200 @ 2ghz which never was the bottleneck for me, the GPU will do the work in Mass effect, in WiC a better CPU MAY improve the performance, but i dont think so since the GPU will be the bottleneck, TF2 is CPU bound mostly , but 2ghz is enough, ive tried the game and the CPU didnt bottleneck me. so in short, you may run those games 30+ FPS, since you have the same Screen resolution i have (1440x900 ) i'm pretty sure the CPU isnt the bottleneck here.
