I'm researching what to replace my current desktop with, which is unsuited for streaming (built it in 2012, has a GTX 660ti and a silly little Core Duo). I'm going to and from college classes, so I need a laptop anyways. My budget is ~$1400-1700, which either gets a really nice laptop with a GTX 1060 or a 1070 at the higher end of my budget. I don't know the requirements for streaming; I'll be playing games like League of Legends, Dota 2, and AAA shooters/big releases, preferably at high-max settings and streaming at 720-1080p. Does anyone have experience with streaming hardware requirements (even a desktop comparison is useful to know about)?

    Thanks for any help!

If you can find a cheap 7820HK notebook, that would be the best road for you.
