    Hi everyone,
I am having a problem with some of the new games I have received this morning (Merry Christmas, by the way).

I have COD4 and UT3 and I am attempting to run them on my Inspiron 9300 rig (6800go, 2.0ghz Pentium M, 1gb ram), but when I put the DVD's in my drive, they won't read.

My drive reads the Orange box, and it reads my Windows XP CD, since I just reloaded windows. I have the latest firmware for my drive as well (Sony DVD+-RW DW-D56A).

Does anyone have any idea what the heck is going on here?

    Thanks in advance,
    John

It could be some sort of DRM is preventing our drive from reading the disks. That is possible, especially if the drive itself is somewhat old.

Gosh, you are going to totally love those games when you get that Sager NP9262 listed in your sig. *drools profusely*
