    Hello
I actualy love the spect of the Clevo 570ru, and as a canadien customer I would take it at eurocom, with a 8700M gt(Il do a post in the what notebook... when It will be nearer my buy(early august).
But the only problem I see is that with this resolution(about 1900*1200 or someting like that), even a card like the 8700m gt or the 7950 would lag in most new game at good setting. It is possible to force other resolution than native on the 570ru?
    Thanks a lot

(Almost) no one can game on a laptop at high settings with a 1900*1200 resolution. Just downgrade the resolution in game. It's no big deal, chance is you wont even notice it.

That's only true if you don't have a Geforce Go 7950GTX. LOL.

And WUXGA is over-kill for gaming. You'll probably settle for 1280x960 with everything maxed out. Creamy-smooth framerates too! WUXGA is only good for photo, video editing apps and websurfing IMHO. Don't even think of getting WXGA. It's damn ugly for a screen that big. Get at least WSXGA+ for a 17". It's perfect for 15.4". WXGA is best for 12-13.3" laptops.

Edit:Symphonyx, you talk about the Gf go 7950gtx, witch is the old option of this laptop...but I tought that the 8700m gt was as good buyt with dx10 compatibility?
