So I gave up on Ultra at 1080 and have been lowering settings at the same res but I still get down to 17FPS as soon as I get anywhere near my supply limit.

Anyone know what's going on? Pretty sure I had better performance with my 285m on Wings of Liberty.

GPU utilization is at 40% during gameplay but 99% during cutscenes. There's no way I'm that CPU limited, is there?

u guys are sure you are on high performance on power settings? I have 2920xm and it can drive 7970m to 99% utilization. It is clearly not CPU bottlenecking (3630qm should be more than enough). Either driver screwup or power profile (I am ruling out iGPU as I am sure you checked that already).

yeah i've set windows 7 power settings to high performance, set programs from nvidia control panel to use high performance GPU, (660m GTX) , been gaming on sc2 medium settings. 8 players battles just lag like crazy..

and from what i can see GPUz says its reached 60% gpu utilization

@ OP since you have a Clevo, make sure your Fn+ESC Clevo Control Panel is set to "High Performance".
