    It's not legal since ppl can use cracked version games for it. But there still be hackers and cheaters for example dota.

    Really cause my friend had a crack game and it wouldnt allow him to run it. It wasnt really cracked he bought the game online and they must of used his s/n before but still it didnt let him play.
