    hey guys, i have garrys mod 10 (non-steam) and when i double clicked the link, it showed g-man with a cone on his head, then it goes black and says it has stopped responding??? what do i do? It worked the first time then when i closed it and ran it up today it didnt work so my specs are fine it worked 800x600 all maxed?


    Specs
    Core 2 duo 1.7ghz
    1gb ram
    GMA 950 (V1545 MODDED DRIVERS)
    VISTA 32 BIT

    can someone help me i really want to play this game :( :( :( :( :( :(

    GMA 950 is pretty poor, but you would find more help at the Facepunch Studios forum.

    There is no non-Steam version of GMod. That itself explains why it's not working properly.

    please read that i run it maxed 800x600 :// i hate it when people dont really care about what is said and just say this graphics card is bad.... yeah i know but it was meant to run with modded drivers

    Woah, I missed that part.

    Garry's Mod 10 requires Steam. I have no idea how you got it without Steam though *glares*

    So yeah, get the Steam version.

    gmod 9 you can have the non-steam or pac-steam version...gmod 10 isn't like that ;)
