I was checking out some games' system requirements moments ago, and many games support 7300 but not 7400 card... Any reason why? Is 7300 better?

That is because most games give out their requirements according to desktop cards.. And no card as a desktop 7400 exists.. Don't bother about it too much.. any game that can be played on a Go7300 would would run a little better on the Go7400..
