I'm not a huge fan of automated performance optimization. I can see this failing miserably with anything that isn't a huge mainstream title or setup. Hopefully it works though, that'd be cool.

Is this going to be like that GameBooster thing from a while back? I'll wait for Anandtech's review.

Can't wait until I get back to an Nvidia card.

So this program finds the highest settings you can play with certain minimum FPS (playable)? Kinda neat if it works :)

Very neat if it works and quite frankly it should. Nvidia just needs a way to monitor FPS and change settings for games. As the user plays they just watch the FPS and keep cranking settings up until they hit the lowest acceptable frame rate. Since they are Nvidia they can probably predict what is going to provide the best visual bang for the performance and come out with some nice optimizations.

This is especially nice with Steam Big Picture and the current push to make PC gaming more friendly. I can see a day when something like the Alienware X51 is basically a console. People buy it and hook it up to their TV with a nice wireless controller. They run something like this and they play all the best games at the best settings without tinkering with anything.

Oh it that what it'll do? Pretty cool if it has a good UI and is good at detecting settings.

Would be cool if I could personally set minimum acceptable frame rate value. And if it wouldn'slow down fps level while monitoring like fraps.

Yeah. Its especially useful in games like Skyrim where you don`t have a built in FPS monitor. You have to go by how it looks since you don`t have the exact FPS numbers and trust yourself that its actually running smoothly. Or download FRAPS to see the FPS which will become redundant now if this Geforce Experience works :)
