    Gears Crashing!!!

    Has anybody tried playing gears yet? I can install and start the game but about 2 min into it the game just randomly crashes. I have tried looking at gears forums but personally trust the opinions of this forum more. I basically bought my laptop to be able to play gears and am at my wits end with this ****. Somebody help!

    Whats your system and what drivers are you using. Do you you have a log.txt of the error?

    i have the same system and i just bought gears. it wont be here for a while though.

    its times like these i wish i didnt return my dell

    I might be a little late in responding, for that I'm sorry. :(

    I had the same problem and it frustrated the hell out of me. It took a couple hours to install the game and then I spent another hour trying to find a solution.

    Long story short, the game worked only after I installed 163.75. If you haven't already done so, give it a try.
