    Geforce 7150m windows experiance 2.6

    I have the nviada geforce 7150m and my windows score is extremly low ( 2.6), I've noticed almost all the other integrated graphics have higher scores. Why is this because the last time i checked the 7150m was one of the best (integrated) graphics out there. ANd is there anyway i can increase my score?

    The WEI isn't a helpful tool to use anyways, its not accurate. For example: the Index required for playing Crisis at minimum is 3.0, my notebook has an Index of 3.5 (X3100), yet it runs like crap!

    Ya, its just too much inaccurate..
    I update my drivers from old old 98.15 to 167.xx & Rating fell from 3.0 to 2.4

    But my actual gaming has improved... All games run much better & stable.

    Dont even give a damn about WEI.

    i have the same gpu and when i got my laptop it had the score then weeks later when i did another test the score dropt lol.

    wow thats really weird. And another thing at futureshop the laptop that has the exact spec as mine and hp. The only difference was it was a 15.4 and mines a 14.1. But its score was higher. Guess windows numbers dont meen anything

    Try www.laptopvideo2go.com and get one of the 16x.xx or 17x.xx drivers.
    I have the exact same GPU and WEI graphics and gaming graphics are 3.3 and 3.0 respectively.
    I have the 174.31 divers from LV2G
    :)

    I had an 7000m and the best driver i found was 169.44 from here

    I guess I should not be surprised that WEI gives the 7150M a 3.0 while my Go 7200 is a 2.7 no matter what driver I use. lol

    It seems to have a preference for integrated graphics rather than low-end dedicated.

    I used the wrong driver with my 7000m and WEI gave me a score of 1.0 but aquamark3 and 3dmark06 gave me a good scores for an 7000m.

    When i used the right driver 169.44 i got a WEI of 3.0.

    well just trried both drivers and it said niviada couldnt find driver that was compatible with it.

    did you download the modded info file and copy it over the original.

    you have to use the havedisk method to install the new driver in the device manager.

    You know I never really found that guide fully helpful.
    It needs to tell you to unistall previous drivers, seems obvious now but when I was new to it I got numerous BSODs.

    i didnt even need to uninstall my old ones and i used both of the drivers requested. They made my aero score go from 2.9 to 3.2 and made my gaming go from 2.6 to 3.0. Thanks alot guys, not much improvment gaming wise tho.
