Hi am an owner of an hp pavilion with a geforce 7400 go Xp sp2.When i play one game and the screen resolution is different than 1440*900 i cannot play the game. I press one time the cursor up and this goes three, one press left goes two. I have this problem for all games. Newest games i cannot play. I set the resolution 1440*900, i dont have the problems i referred but it slows because of high requirements. Older games 2, 3 years old i have the cursor movement problems as i referred.I have tried old drivers, newest drivers but the same. I need your help!

What specific games are we talking about?

As for not being able to play the newer games, there's no real fix for that. The card's quickly being outdated and is underpowered for the newer games.

Lithus i dont talk for newer games because these have the option to change resolution to 1440*900, I dont have the cursor movements problems so it is not a problem. The problem is when i try to play old games and not have an option to set resolution to 1440*900 so i try resolutions like 1024*768, 800*600 and i have the cursor movement problems.

The games you are trying to play probably dont support widescreen resolutons(or you are using an older version of the game)

Check out Widescreengamingforum.com and see if you can use one of their "solutions" to force the game to accept your native resolution.

No i had something like a lag pressing a button on keyboard when i set resolution different than 1440*900. Finally i found a solution. One program called ************TOPDESK*********** was responsible. So, unistall and all works fine!
