    Which one of these are best for gaming? And which one comes in second?

    3450, while low end, is the best of the mentioned GPUs.
    I would expect the 8400GS and the X1600 to perform similarly, though I would expect the 8400GS's performance to be slightly higher. It also would have DX10 support, while the X1600 will only support up to DX9 (not that it matters, you won't play anything in DX10 on an 8400GS...). The X1600 is an old midrange GPU, the 8400GS is a newer low end GPU. The 3450 is the newest, also on the low end.
    I would stay away from the 8400GS though, the cores are known to be faulty and have an extremely high failure rate. Not worth the hassle.
