    Hi
I upgraded my laptop to Vista and got the latest mobileforce drivers. I then noticed that in display properties it says it has 511mb memory, 256 on board and 255 sharing from my system. Now the 7600 didnt have turbocache in XP so why did does it in vista? I tried installing the orignal nvidia drivers but it still says the same. Anyone got any ideas?

For some reason Vista adds memory to video cards, usually 256mb for some reason. Im pretty sure its just a mistake and youre only using 256mb of your cards memory and none of your ram. It says my 7900GS has 511 as well.

ok thanks. My laptop has gone quite slow with low memory messages even with a gig of ram so i was wondering is that was the reason. One of my friends has vista with only a gig of ram and he runs in fine. Might have to re-format.
